Royal Town Elements are redefined and segregated into blocks according to their functionality.
The blocks are resized and the main block, exhibition area is portrayed as the core, hence the block is emphasized in area and proportion.
Sungai water waves are implied into the design planning of the plans and the roof truss framework .
The combination of the separate blocks and the Sungai waves design results in forms to maximise visual benefits based on the vista references.

The chalets were designed in ellipse dome shape to mimic the oval shape of bird eggs, while the bamboo envelope were intricately intersects in random manners as how nests were built in nature. The ellipse dome chalets are located to be surrounded by the stream water, to bring in cooling sensation as well as a better approach to Bukit Jana water element. Bamboo as local material is used to construct each of the envelope of inidividual chalet, the envelope acts as shading layer to filter out excess heat from direct sunlight therefore helps to increase the thermal comfort of guest staying.
