Guests are responsible for placing all bagged trash on the front porch of the cottage for pickup (must be bagged) Dirty dishes should be rinsed and placed in the sink. Soiled towels and washcloths should be placed in a pile on the bathroom floor. Please strip the beds of soiled linens and pillowcases, leaving the linens on the cottage floor, separate from the quilts/comforters
Damage to the unit, its contents, property, or boat docks beyond normal wear and tear will result in charges Renters are expected to leave the cottage and surrounding areas in a reasonably clean and orderly condition
No smoking
No pets allowed
No swimming in ponds
Please respect your neighbors
Please leave all windows and doors closed
6 guests max in the basic cottage layout
12 guests max in the bunk-style cottages
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Please only use dark wash cloths for makeup removal
No dying hair or clothing in the cottages or bathrooms
Please park in designated cottage parking zone
Absolutely no smoke or fires
These rules and regulations are set in place to ensure the best experience for both our guests and staff Please keep in mind, any damages to the cottages will result in the client losing a $1,500 damage and security deposit
