WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY WEDDING PLANNING TEAM?
If applicable with your vendor package, the Walters Wedding Planning Team will contact you to schedule your Vision Meeting 30 days after you book You will also meet with them again around 90 days before your event for your Planning Meeting.
DO WE MEET WITH EACH VENDOR THAT IS ON OUR CONTRACT?
Most of the communication will be between you and the Wedding Planning Team! However, if applicable, you will meet directly with the florist about 3-4 months prior to event day Your photographer & DJ will set up a call with you 30-45 days prior to your event. If you need custom work completed or have additional questions for Lyons Paperie, they are happy to schedule a call or zoom meeting! Your planning team will handle the bakery, luxury vehicle, valet, linens, catering, bar and much more!
WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE MY REHEARSAL?
We will help you schedule your rehearsal 30-60 days before your event.
