THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE Your Time Frame Includes: -Setup/Getting Ready Time in The Bridal Cottage begins at 8am -Access to the Venue begins at 10am -6 Hours for the Ceremony and Reception -One and a Half Hours of Cleanup on Event Day
What Does My Rental Include? -Exclusive access to the property -The Cottage and Lounge for getting ready -Full wedding event (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) -Use of our tables and chairs (can accommodate up to 200 guests) -Setup and Teardown of Floor Plan -Venue staffing, all day -8am access to the bridal cottage only -10am exclusive venue access -Ceremony start at 4pm or later -25 Black Polyester Cotton Table Linens -The Lodge accommodations for up to 22 people for the night of the event -Outdoor pool at The Lodge -Golf Cart Service *all alcohol is to be provided by the client*

CUSTOM STATIONERY AND TAILORED GOODS Enjoy a $750 credit towards creating unforgettable moments with our curated collection of luxury stationery, stunning gifts, and elevated decor.
DJ SERVICES DJ services include the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, a microphone, and speakers.
FLORAL DECOR A $1,600 credit towards your choice of natural or permanent floral designs. Select from custom creations or the Walters package, which includes: ceremony flowers, welcome table flowers, cocktail table flowers, sweetheart table flowers, 15 centerpieces, a bridal bouquet, a boutonnière, cake floral, and a toss bouquet. Natural and permanent options can be mixed to suit your vision.
SUIT & TUX Experience effortless suit & tuxedo rentals with our formalwear partner, Generation Tux. Includes one free suit or tux rental valued at $250.
PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES Includes up to 8 hours of Professional Photography Services on your wedding day and a full digital album. Exceptional Package Service to be executed by an Associate Photographer of Emily Chappell Productions.
