We know transitions can naturally bring questions, and our goal is to make this process feel as smooth, reassuring, and seamless as possible for you.
In the next few pages, we ’ ve included answers to a few of the most common questions we ’ ve received so far and of course, our team is always here if there’s anything else you need along the way.
Q: WILL I STILL BE ALLOWED AT THE VENUE?
A: YES, ABSOLUTELY!
Nothing is changing with the weddings you are scheduled to work. All vendors are still welcome to work at Firefly Lane This applies to weddings that you already have booked with our clients and future client inquiries as well
Q: WILL I BE INVITED TO OPEN HOUSES?
A: WE DON’T HAVE ANY OPEN HOUSES SCHEDULED CURRENTLY.
While we love hosting open house events for our couples and vendors, we do not have any open house events scheduled at this time
We will continue to provide communication and information as we approach the topic of when we will be scheduling open house events.
Q: WILL I STILL BE ON THE FIREFLY LANE PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?
A: YES, YOU ARE STILL ON THE LIST!
Our preferred vendor list is staying the same and we will continue to refer you to our couples.
Q: HAVE ANY OFFERINGS CHANGED THAT WILL AFFECT MY SERVICES THE DAY OF THE WEDDING?
A: WE ARE HONORING ALL CONTRACTS
We are honoring all contracts and offerings that have been booked The time frames will remain the same for all already contracted events at Firefly Lane.
Q: WILL THE NAME OF THE VENUES CHANGE?
A:NO FIREFLY LANE WILL REMAIN FIREFLY LANE.
While the venue is now a part of the Walters Hospitality family, Firefly Lane is still the same charming venue you all know and love, and the name of the venue is not changing
Ana, Savannah, Mattie, Sydney and the wonderful team of part time employees are all still here to help our client and vendors and answer any questions. You can reach us at our new email: fireflylane@waltersweddingestates.com

Q: WILL I BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO BOOK AT FIREFLY LANE IN THE FUTURE?
