LAWS & regulations
To ensure excellent service and a quality experience for you and your guests, we have a few house guidelines which must be followed, in addition to all federal and state laws

We are unable to remove TABC bar signs as they are permanently secured.
Sales tax is applied on all invoices All bar selections must be finalized 60 days prior to the event A late fee of 3% will be applied to any package not finalized or a deposit not paid by the 60-day cut-off
FAQ
WHAT IF WE GO OVER OUR MINIMUM?
You will never be charged more than your pre-determined amount without your knowledge and consent In the case that we do hit your tab, you have the option to extend or swap to a cash bar We will notify whoever we are assigned to if we are within $500 of the minimum If you decide to extend, we will open the extended tab on a credit/debit card on file or opt for a cash bar
IS GRATUITY ADDED?
We kindly recommend a tip of 15%–20% of the total invoice amount We ask that any tips be provided to the bar manager on the day of the wedding, before the event begins If you would like to wait until after that is more than welcome If a 20% gratuity is given beforehand, then we will gladly forgo setting out tip jars Otherwise, discreet tip jars will be placed at the bar We accept tips through the initial invoice, cash, card, and check
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
In addition to the bar setup fee of $975 we charge an extra bartender fee of $150 per bartender if necessary We also have a late penalty fee of 3%
WILL THE BAR SUPPLY WATER STATIONS?
We do not supply water or tea stations on event day by default Camp Hosea will require these stations at all events That being said, if your catering team does not have this option available we can help Pricing varies
CAN WE HAVE AN ALCOHOL AND/OR LIQUOR-FREE WEDDING?
Yes, you can! We are a full-service bar, and whichever package you choose will determine what is hosted for your guests By default your guests will also have the option to purchase additional beverages of their choice from the main bar beyond what you are hosting Because alcohol sales are a significant part of our revenue and allow us to keep pricing competitive, we do require a buyout fee if you prefer to remove those options If you would like no liquor served (beer and wine only), the fee is $5 per guest If you would like to host a mocktail bar with no alcohol at all, the fee is $8 per guest
CAN WE ADJUST HOW LONG THE BAR IS OPEN?
We can change the amount of time the bar is open; however, the prices will vary depending on the bar's structure
WILL THE BAR BUSS TABLES?
We are not responsible for bussing tables This is typically a responsibility of the catering team, but if bussing is not an option, then we can help Pricing varies
WHAT DOES THE BAR SETUP FEE INCLUDE?
The bar setup fee includes all necessary correspondence to prepare your bar package It also includes all mixers and utensils for the bar to operate efficiently This includes plastic cups, napkins, and straws It also covers you for 5 hours of consecutive bar service (starting at cocktail hour)
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DAY OF DRINKS?
We offer all the same beers available on tap in cans, along with mimosas If the consumption bar is chosen, then the day of drinks will be charged to the main tab
