Fees are payable at the Cashier’s Office, located on the Mezzanine Level of JBC on WSCC’s main campus or at the Oneonta Center. Test locations are at the main campus unless otherwise indicated.

Hanceville Mon 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Tues 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Wed 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Thur 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Fri 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
