But, don’t just stop there. Move further to provide training for existing users too. Create short videos to provide additional training at regular intervals. Measure, understand, and improve You need to keep measuring the success of your new system implementation.

Identify the candidate drop-off rates, retention rates, and every feedback that’s coming your way. All of this will help you understand where and how you need to improve, on what you’ve already done. After all, your system shouldn’t be the same every year; it should evolve over time.
