VISITING PRACTITIONER Elizabeth Robbins From 14 September to 5 October, we are delighted to host Elizabeth Robbins, a distinguished holistic health practitioner offering an array of premium wellness experiences for your indulgence.
Elizabeth, a California native, underwent an injury that set her on a path of personal transformation. Her move to Mexico led her to delve into the realm of healing arts, uncovering the importance of a holistic approach to well-being that addresses physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects.
GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & SATURDAY 5PM Sunset Wind Down Yoga - A relaxing yoga session with breathwork and inner sanctuary meditation. WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY 5PM Pilates - Pilates exercises with balancing breathwork and present moment meditation. THURSDAY 8AM Yoga / Pilates Fusion - A fitness session for all, but especially beneficial for those engaging in watersports as it improves strength, balance, coordination and body control. SUNDAY 8AM Energizing Yoga / Pilates Fusion - Gently stretch and awaken the energy body with a fusion of Yoga and Pilates movements combined with breathwork and meditation.
