Koen Dunbar started 7 years ago when Billy was invited to attend a Troop meeting by another Scout with Troop 114. He and Koen became friends through the many monthly campouts and both are members of the
Huntsville High School Military Marching Band. The friendship grew not only through Scouting but also the many band activities they were involved with. They both have memorable Scouting experiences. For Koen it was attending a week long course known as National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT). This program integrates the most modern leadership theories along with the traditional strengths of the Scouting experience. while conducting a close patrol at the 2400 block of Interstate 45 South in New Waverly, Texas, Sheriff’s Office patrol deputy observed a red pickup truck with its cab lights on in the drive way of an unoccupied residence. The deputy found this to be suspicious as there has been several burglaries at this residence. Upon pulling in to the driveway, the deputy ob-
served a white male run towards the back of the property into the wood line. Deputies conducted a perimeter search but were not able to locate the individual in or around the property. enue I, Suite A in Huntsville and was to celebrate their one year anniversary with a remodel and expansion. Friends, family, and Chamber members all participated in the two activities.
