By Wade Thibodeaux  The Walker County Republicans gathered last Tuesday evening, January11, 2022 to celebrate the life and legacy of President Ronald Reagan. The annual dinner was held at the Walker County Fairgrounds with over 400 people in attendance. Former Texas Governor and Energy Secretary Rick Perry was scheduled to be the guest speaker, but a last minute change of plans resulted in Texas Agriculture Secretary Sid Miller delivering the keynote address.
