Memo
from Raleigh Fall 2021
sneak peek
kickin’ it! p. 10
Welcome to Fall 2021
It’s been a long time coming, but we are both happy and proud to be back in your lives. For a while, fashion understandably took a backseat to more serious matters. The truth, though, is that Raleigh Limited Menswear never really left.
Thank you to all of our devoted associates and tailors for standing alongside us as we navigated through the rocky road of the past year and a half. Thank you to all of the designers who adjusted deliveries, jumped on endless Zoom meetings and sent so many samples to help make the upcoming season one of the most exciting. Most of all, we pass along our sincerest gratitude to all of the loyal customers who supported us each day of the pandemic. You’re the reason we kept going, and will continue to keep going.
And you’ll be happy to see what we have in store this fall. We’re excited about the tailored collections, particularly two of my favorites: Canali and Isaia. Suits and sportcoats come in all of the boldest colors of the season and in sophisticated fabrics that add both comfort and dimension. For a more customized tailored look, you’ll want to see our expanded made-to-measure offerings from Ermenegildo Zegna. As always, keep your eyes open for special MTM events, which this fall feature Zegna, Samuelsohn and many more of your favorite and trusted brands.
After months of working from home, many gentlemen are looking to update their attire to fit a relaxed lifestyle. Our Peter Millar store is your one-stop shop for all things sportswear. Whatever your needs, each of the brand’s lines—Collection, Crown and Crown Sport—have you covered. And when you’re done picking out the best from Peter Millar, let us introduce you to our new shirt jackets, a shirt outerwear hybrid that comes in luxurious cashmere, casual wool and rugged corduroy. Other outerwear making its Raleigh debut this season are fine coats and jackets by Mandelli as well as Kired and Sartorio, two lines from the Kiton family.
At Raleigh, we always make sure you look your best from head to toe, so remember to stock up on the latest footwear for the season. The sneaker trend is still going strong, and our selection of Common Projects and Golden Goose will keep you ahead of the game. For a dressier pair of shoes, you’ll like the new styles from Salvatore Ferragamo, Tod’s, Santoni and Magnanni.
There is so much more to get excited about this season, including the return of Raleigh magazine. In addition to the fabulous fashions, we’ve once again filled the issue with stories we know you’ll appreciate, including an introduction to the latest version of an iconic 4x4 (page 22), a guide to pairing each dinner course with the perfect wine (page 46) and an informative piece on how to dress for your next black-tie event (page 34).
We’re thrilled to be back to normal, and we’re looking forward to seeing all of you again in store soon!
