WAE’s Glass Bottle Filling Plant (GBFP), also known as glass bottle filling station is a major breakthrough in sustainable hospitality that uses cutting-edge technology to directly fill pure &safe drinking water into reusable glass bottles within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to store water in harmful plastic bottles/jars.
The process begins by placing the stylish and small glass water bottles upside down on the rinsing filling capping machine for cleaning and rinsing with hot water or detergents — a fully customizable process.
Later, these cleaned glass water bottles move along a conveyor belt to be dried by air. Following this, these sleek and stylish glass bottles pass through an LED chamber for further cleaning and sterilisation.
The next comes the filling stage, where these refillable glass bottles are filled with pure drinking water. Then these bottles are subject to manual inspection for quality check or assurance.
Finally, the glass water bottles are properly capped to prevent any water spillage or leakage, and labels or stickers are applied carefully.
Therefore, this glass bottling plant for hotels offers a complete and sustainable drinking water solution to the bottling sector. Additionally, these bottle-filling plants are fully customizable and come in two sizes- The big one is called the Aquarius Pro which is semi-automatic and linear.
