Waco’s central location within the state provides accessibility to larger markets without the complications of being in a large metropolitan area, i.e. no traffic congestion. We are also located within the Central Time Zone, providing prime coast-to-coast and global accessibility for business operations.

Proximity to Customers: Waco is within 1.5 hours of two of the fastest growing regions in the U.S., Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin, making it highly accessible to reach customers within a short period of time. In fact, you can reach 80% of the Texas population within a two-hour drive of Waco.
