MostCareUp connection
MostCareUp is based on the analysis of the arterial blood pressure waveform. The signal is provided to the monitor following 4 different configurations:
•Stand alone connection
MostCare Up directly linked to the transducer via a direct cable.
• Analog connection
MostCareUp directly connected to the analog output of the bedside monitor via an input / output analog cable. By using this type of cable, there is no contact with the transducer nor with the patient.
•MostCareUp transducer
A simplified transducer placed between the standard blood pressure transducer (any brand) already in use and the patient arterial tubing, while the electrical extension is connected to MostCare Up with a direct transducer cable (03MUEDW).
• Y-shaped connection
MostCareUp and the bedside standard monitor connected to the transducer via a Y cable.
In order to choose the right cable for each configuration, please check the tables in the next pages and identify the right code.
Note: For both the Direct-to-Transducer Cable and the Y-Cable, the choice of the cable depends on the type (brand & model) of transducer in use, while for the analog connection, the choice of the analog cable depends wholly on the brand and model of the bedside standard monitor.

MostCareUp guarantees the maximum flexibility and cost efficiency thanks to the various ways in which it can be used.
The On Demand version of the monitor can be activated for a single use or for periods of time to meet specific application needs. The Endless version allows an unlimited use of the system without additional cost.
