As of March 30th, the Vygon values have officially been relaunched across all countries. with the launch of a video from our CEO, in which he explains each of the five values and shares why this international campaign matters.
But… anyone who walked through our offices in recent days probably noticed something unusual. Mysterious stickers with symbols started appearing everywhere, and no one really knew where they came from or what they meant.
This created a lot of curiosity and fun speculation: Who put them up? What do they stand for?
That was exactly the goal of our teaser campaign: to spark interest in the five values that guide how we work, make decisions, and live our mission.
The enthusiastic reactions show that the teaser worked. Now it’s time to bring these values to life: in our work, in our collaboration, and in the impact we strive to make every day.

“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.”
Integrity means being honest, transparent, and trustworthy in everything we do. It’s about making the right choices, not the easy ones.
“Commitment is what transforms a promise into reality.”
Abraham Lincoln
Commitment is about giving your best to your work, your team, and our shared goals. It’s what makes success possible.

“An open mind leaves a chance for someone to drop a worthwhile thought in it.”
Mark Twain
Being open-minded means welcoming new perspectives and feedback. It drives innovation and collaboration.

“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.”
Mark Twain
We strive to improve processes, products, and ourselves every day. Small steps lead to big progress.
“Respect is how to treat everyone, not just those you want to impress.”
Richard Branson
Respect means valuing every person, regardless of role or background. It creates a positive, inclusive workplace.

We’re excited to welcome Johan to the team!
Based in Zemst (yes, another one! They must really love Vygon in that region), Johan brings over 20 years of experience in the medical sector, having worked as a Product Manager (among other roles) at Duomed. This gives him deep knowledge of the medical sector.
His expertise and passion for building strong relationships will be a great asset to our Belux sales team.
Johan proves he is a loyal person not only through his previous 20+ years at one employer but also through his relationship of 28 years with Nancy. Who he can call his wife since 6 months.
Johan has played football his entire life. He started at a high level in Belgium, then moved to his local team where the “aprèsfootball” was just as important as the game. In recent years, he joined a team for older players, first as a player and coach, and now mostly as a coach.
As the football season comes to an end, Johan takes the opportunity to ride his bike before the next one starts.

On or around the 6th of december, he also steps in as Saint Nicholas for the three local associations to give the kids a great time!
Now here’s something unexpected: Johan’s hidden talent is salsa dancing!
He spends his time off from sports enjoying good food and drinks. On vacation, he and his wife love tasting local dishes and discovering new flavors.
Curious? Click on the salsa picture below to see him in action!

“Itwasallaboutneonatalvascularaccess.Wediscussedglue, ultrasoundguided puncture, and ways to prevent complications. We even practiced making an ultrasound and exchanged valuable experiences.”

We ’re proud to share that Joyce recently participated in the Neonatal Vascular Access Masterclass, an advanced training session organized by Vygon Group.
This masterclass focused on key topics such as:
• Neonatal securement best practices, including the use of medical glue to ensure optimal catheter fixation and improve catheter longevity.
• Ultrasound in vascular access, with a review of ultrasound basics, vein assessment protocols, and echo-guided puncture techniques.
The program combined conferences and hands-on workshops, giving participants the chance to practice ultrasoundguided procedures and exchange experiences with peers. This initiative reinforces our position as a trusted advisor in neonatal care and marks the (re)launch of SecurPortIV in countries with commercialization agreements.

Vy gon Group is launching a new initiative designed to strengthen collaboration and understanding across teams: One day in my shoes.
This program gives employees the opportunity to experience a typical workday in another department. It’s a unique chance to see how your colleagues work, understand their challenges, and discover how we can work together even more effectively.
Why is this valuable?
• Gain insight into the daily activities of other teams.
• Build stronger connections and foster mutual understanding.
• Expand your internal network within Vygon.
Who is it for?
• New colleagues as part of their onboarding (within the first year).
• Employees who want to explore other roles for internal mobility.

In January, our Benelux Kick-off set the tone for 2026, and what a start it was.
Two days full of energy, clear ambition and one shared message: we’re shifting from doing “a lot” to doing what truly matters.
This year, we focus on impact: sharper priorities, fewer but more meaningful actions, and clear roles so we can move faster as one team. Reaching the 2026 budget isn’t just a Sales mission, it’s a shared responsibility across all departments.
Our strategic direction is equally focused: Vascular and Neonates are our main growth engines, supported by a selected group of high-impact ETI products. Our Heritage ranges remain important too. We protect and defend them without active promotion.
We also identified three needs that will guide our daily work:
1. strengthening product knowledge across teams, 2. setting clear frameworks that support autonomy, 3. Making information easier to find and use.
And the best part? We’ve already begun. The first Sales meetings and Sales Support and Customer Service meetings have taken place. We created a dedicated Workvivo group where everyone can follow the progress of the commitments made during the Kick-off.
Together, we’re turning January’s momentum into real movement. 2026 is ours to build. Let’s make it count.!

This year, the Value Life Award is presented at subsidiary level, giving us the opportunity to recognise one colleague in the Benelux who truly embodies the Vygon Values.

The moment we have all been waiting for is getting closer:
The Benelux winner of the Value Life Award will be officially announced on Friday 3 April, during the Vygon Values event.
Join us as we come together to celebrate this special moment and recognise a colleague who makes a real difference every day.
