For WPD, we opened the doors of our Aachen production site to a few lucky customers, thanks to a unique collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
03. New IT System
Petra has been looking forward to this! IT will finally take up less of her daily work as we centralize requests through a new ticketing system managed from France.
And don’t worry if you don’t speak French! the IT team from the UK will be there to help and provide support in English.

05. Linda Kelly Training
On Tuesday, November 25, Linda Kelly (Clinical Specialist) delivered an engaging, hands-on training for our sales team on ultrasound-guided vascular access puncture. With a clearer understanding of the procedure, they’re now better equipped for customer conversations. Good luck, team!

The Talentsoft annual appraisal campaign will run from 15/11 until 15/02.
07. Telecom Switch
As of this month both our offices in Valkenswaard and in Brussels switched from the outdated phones to the new way of getting calls. Teams! Why?
