VVater’s MDP100 ALPHA Unit purifies 100,000 gallons of wastewater per day, using minimal energy and zero chemicals or filters. With 2-hour deployment and 8-minute hydraulic retention time (HRT), the ALPHA Unit enables you to establish large-scale mobile water services faster than any solution in existence. Developed to fit seamlessly onto an 18-wheel trailer, the ALPHA Unit epitomizes VVater’s vision of swift and transformative change.
WATER TREATMENT ANYWHERE
The Alpha Unit is powered by the groundbreaking technology in VVater’s solution suite. VVater solutions use very low levels of electricity to purify massive volumes of high-strength wastewater. They do so without relying on a single consumable. That means no chemicals, biologicals, membranes, or filters cluttering up your waste stream or operating budget. The MDP100 ALPHA Unit combines VVater’s eco-efficient purification technology with advanced system design to deliver plugand-play purification.
Our MDP100 ALPHA Unit was designed with a primary goal: To solve the water crisis.
• Fast: produces pure, potable water in 8 minutes
• Rapid Deployment: only requires 2 hours of configuration
• Low-Energy: runs on 70 amps of power
• Self-Cleaning: purification system requires no manual cleaning
PACKAGED PLANT SOLUTIONS
VVater’s Packaged Plant Solutions aren’t just for real estate developers—they cater to a wide range of industries and communities needing fast, efficient, and customized water or wastewater treatment. Our solutions can be rapidly manufactured and deployed within 8 to 16 weeks, offering complete flexibility to meet specific regulatory requirements and operational challenges. Whether you need to handle wastewater and sewerage or provide clean drinking water, our packaged plants come in skidmounted, containerized, or fully customized configurations in various shapes and sizes, allowing them to integrate seamlessly into any environment. Perfect for remote locations, industrial facilities, agricultural operations, or municipalities, VVater provides a reliable, cost-effective solution where infrastructure is lacking.
What sets VVater’s packaged plants apart is the speed and flexibility with which they can be deployed, along with their modular design. These plants can handle some of the most challenging wastewater, taking it from contaminated to ultrapure medical-grade water if needed. VVater’s advanced technology operates with a small footprint, drastically reducing space requirements, and features extremely low CapEx. The OpEx is almost non-existent since the system does not rely on chemicals, membranes, biological processes, or filters, making it a highly cost-effective and sustainable choice.

SKID-MOUNTED & MODULAR UNITS
VVater’s Skid-Mounted and Modular Water Treatment Units offer a compact, pre-engineered solution for decentralized, onsite water reuse. Designed for rapid deployment and seamless integration into tight or unconventional spaces, these systems are ideal for commercial buildings, resorts, industrial sites, and urban retrofits. Each unit is built on the same advanced ALTEP and Farady Reactor technology that powers VVater’s larger platforms, ensuring high-performance treatment without the use of chemicals, filters, membranes, or biologicals.
These units arrive fully integrated on a skid platform and require minimal installation effort, often going live within hours of delivery. Their modular design supports flexible scaling, allowing multiple units to be linked together to meet increased capacity needs over time. With a small footprint and simplified mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) requirements, they are particularly well-suited for LEED-certified developments, pilot projects, or phased construction timelines. Capable of processing between 10,000 and 500,000 gallons per day, they are energy-efficient, low-maintenance, and adaptable to both greywater and blackwater reuse applications.
By providing a mobile, easily configurable solution with minimal disruption to existing infrastructure, VVater’s skid-mounted systems enable clients to meet water reuse goals, reduce utility dependence, and comply with emerging regulatory mandates, all with unmatched speed and simplicity.
STATE-OF-THE-ART VVATER LABORATORY
The VVater Research Institute, recently established in Austin, Texas, is the cornerstone of VVater’s mission to deliver Clean Water for All Humankind through groundbreaking innovation. This state-of-the-art facility drives the development of next-generation water treatment technologies, including the award-winning Farady Reactor, which eliminates chemicals, filters, and membranes. By fostering collaboration among leading scientists, engineers, and industry partners, the institute accelerates advancements in sustainable water purification, reuse, and health-enhancing solutions, positioning VVater as a global leader in addressing the $3 trillion water treatment market.
The institute’s cutting-edge research focuses on enhancing the ALTEP process & further development of VVater’s technologies like its Farady Reactors, to tackle emerging contaminants like PFAS, microplastics, and endocrine disruptors, while optimizing scalability for verticals such as real estate, municipal, and residential markets. Recent milestones include the CES 2025 Best of Innovation Award and the World Future Award 2025 for the Farady Reactor, validating its revolutionary impact.

Looking ahead, the VVater Research Institute will expand its global influence by partnering with academic institutions, governments, and NGOs to address water scarcity and contamination challenges. Investments in R&D will drive breakthroughs in energy-efficient, decentralized systems, reinforcing VVater’s competitive edge in a fragmented industry. For investors, the institute represents a catalyst for exponential growth, enabling VVater to redefine water treatment standards and deliver sustainable, high-margin solutions that meet the world’s urgent need for clean, accessible water.
Under the leadership of Dr. Tayler Hedtke, a Yale-trained specialist in electrode disinfection and oxidative materials design, the institute serves as our technological nucleus—fueling product breakthroughs, supporting global scalability, and reinforcing VVater’s position as a category-defining force in sustainable water treatment.
CONTRACT FLEXIBILITY
VVater offers flexible rental and lease options across its full suite of water treatment systems, ensuring clients can align treatment capabilities with operational timelines and project demands. Whether addressing emergency relief, short-term infrastructure gaps, or multi-year reuse programs, our contract structures are built to accommodate evolving needs.
ALPHA Units, Mobile Trailers, Modular Units, and Skid-Mounted Systems are available under short-, medium-, and long-term agreements.
• Short-term contracts cover deployments of less than one month and are ideal for disaster response, pilot projects, or temporary site servicing.
• Medium-term contracts extend up to one year, supporting seasonal, transitional, or phased development requirements.
• Long-term contracts can be secured for 1, 2, or 3 years, with options to renew or scale capacity as needed.
Due to their custom-built nature and longer commissioning timelines, Packaged Plant Systems are offered exclusively under medium- and long-term agreements, starting at one year. These contracts are best suited for permanent installations, real estate developments, municipal reuse, or ongoing industrial operations.
With global logistics support and seamless commissioning, VVater ensures each rental or lease agreement delivers immediate value, reliable performance, and the flexibility to adapt as conditions change.

OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Decentralized wastewater systems have helped organizations save water and meet regulations. However, to maximize your return, you need the right operations and maintenance team.
VVater offers certified operators skilled in both traditional systems (extended aeration, ponds, activated sludge) and advanced systems (MBR, RO, UV disinfection, Farady Reactor treated, SCADA-controlled).
As a full-service provider, VVater factors in operation and maintenance costs when calculating the lifecycle cost of new systems. We also offer operational services and preventative maintenance for existing systems.
For new clients, we create custom plans for the ongoing operation and maintenance of VVater Onsite Reuse. We start with a performance assessment to gather baseline data and outline all responsibilities for compliance and reliable operation, setting clear expectations for our team and system owners.
