As global water scarcity impacts 40% of the world’s population, it further underscores our mission’s urgency for water sustainability.

With our groundbreaking and innovative technology, we’ve cracked the code and found new ways to treat water without chemicals, biologicals, membranes, or filters. This enables us to share the life-giving ability of pure water with people and places everywhere.

At VVater we focus on more than engineering next-generation water treatment technology. We act as a vanguard of water sustainability, offering a promise of a better, healthier tomorrow.

THE VVATER ETHOS

HISTORY

VVater was born from a bold idea inside one of the world’s largest water conglomerates: that the technologies of yesterday cannot solve the water challenges of tomorrow. Spun out as an independent venture to pursue that vision without legacy constraints, VVater was formed by engineers, scientists, and strategists committed to rethinking water treatment from the ground up.

What followed was not an iteration but a reinvention. Backed by leading venture capital, deep-tech partners, and advisors from the water, defense, and infrastructure sectors, VVater quickly established itself as a force in the emerging decentralized water treatment space. At the heart of this innovation is VVater’s proprietary Farady Reactor and Advanced Low Tension Electroporation Process (ALTEP), a chemical-free, membrane-free solution that redefines what’s possible in water purification and reuse.

Guided by world-class engineering, rigorous R&D, and field-proven deployments, VVater has developed a full suite of fixed units, mobile, modular, and packaged treatment systems designed to serve everyone, from remote communities and military installations to industrial operations, wastewater treatment and real estate developments.

Today, VVater is scaling rapidly toward its goal of becoming America’s Next Water Company, not by competing with legacy players, but by outpacing them through innovation, flexibility, and sustainability. With a growing customer base, an awardwinning technology platform, and unwavering support from institutional partners, VVater is on a mission to deliver clean water to all humankind, quickly, affordably, and responsibly.

What if we could treat water without chemicals, membranes, or wasteful consumables?

What if water treatment could be clean, self-sustaining, and costpredictable — not tied to the constant replacement of parts or volatile chemical prices?

We’re not just improving water treatment. We’re eliminating the core failure points.

THE VVATER FARADY REACTOR (PATENTS PENDING)

The Farady Reactor is VVater’s breakthrough in electric-field-based water treatment, delivering unmatched disinfection and contaminant destruction without the compromises of traditional methods. Unlike electrocoagulation, electrolysis, or advanced oxidation processes (AOPs), the Farady Reactor operates at low voltage with no sacrificial anodes or cathodes, eliminating sludge generation, toxic byproducts, and the need for frequent electrode replacements. Its robust construction allows for a wide selection of corrosion-resistant materials, drastically lowering capital and maintenance costs as well as enabling its ability to handle a wider variety of feedstock waters and its ability to manipulate mineral content.

At its core lies VVater’s proprietary ALTEP (Advanced Low Tension

Electroporation Process), which uses controlled electric pulses to rupture microbial cell membranes, dismantle complex molecular pollutants including PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and endocrine disruptors and its ability to alter mineral content. This high-speed, chemical-free process achieves groundbreaking levels of purification in under 8 minutes, with a minimum of 40% cost saving compared to conventional technology. With its compact design, ultra-low CapEx and OpEx, and superior water quality output, the Farady Reactor isn’t just better it’s the future of water purification and treatment.

VVater’s Innovative Water Treatment Solutions

Target High-Growth Verticals, Each with Distinct Drivers and Disruption Opportunities.

OUR APPROACH & MARKETS

At VVater, we believe if we can imagine it, we can create it. We are dreaming realists who thrive in challenges and see no alternative but to succeed. We envision a planet that supports humans with clean water to ensure survival. At VVater we understand that to make significant technological advances in short periods of time, one cannot be fearful of failure and everything we do at VVater is with clear outcomes in mind.

VVater’s innovative water treatment solutions target high-growth verticals, each with distinct drivers and disruption opportunities. By addressing inefficiencies in legacy systems and aligning with market demands for sustainability and decentralization, VVater’s cutting-edge technology allows us to address multiple verticals.

Real Estate & Aquatics

This vertical includes multi-use real estate developments integrating amenities like VVater Beach™ Artificial Beaches, surf parks, and aquatic facilities such as Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari Resorts. Developers are increasingly incorporating water-based attractions to differentiate properties, but face challenges with high-cost, chemical-dependent treatment systems and limited access to municipal water or wastewater infrastructure, particularly in remote or water-scarce regions. The market is fragmented, with no dominant provider of decentralized, eco-friendly solutions, creating a prime opportunity for disruption through technologies that combine cost-effective water treatment with premium, sustainable amenities appealing to eco-conscious consumers and developers.

Wastewater / Sewerage / Municipal

Municipal water treatment encompasses urban and rural treatment plants and decentralized systems, driven by aging infrastructure and increasing regulatory pressure for sustainable water management. Traditional chemicalheavy and energy-intensive processes struggle to meet modern demands for water reuse and environmental compliance, leaving municipalities exposed to rising operational costs and fines. The absence of scalable, cost-efficient solutions in this diverse market—spanning large cities to small communities— presents a significant disruption opportunity for technologies that streamline operations and enable water recycling, appealing to budget-conscious public entities.

Onsite Water Reuse

This market covers high-water-use facilities like data centers, commercial buildings, stadiums, resorts, and universities, where rising water costs and scarcity drive demand for reuse systems. Current solutions, burdened by complex installations and high maintenance, fail to scale across diverse applications, from cooling systems in data centers to irrigation for resorts. The market’s fragmentation and lack of standardized, low-maintenance technologies create a clear path for disruption, particularly through modular systems that reduce costs and align with sustainability goals, attracting facility operators through strategic partnerships.

Mobile and Temporary Solutions

Our solutions can be rapidly manufactured and deployed within 8 to 16 weeks, offering complete flexibility to meet specific regulatory requirements and operational challenges.

Residential Water Purification

The residential water purification market includes water softeners, whole-home purification systems, and under-sink reverse osmosis (RO) units, driven by consumer distrust in tap and bottled water due to contamination concerns like microplastics and PFAS. Consumers face a “lesser of evils” choice, as existing solutions—expensive filters, high-maintenance RO systems, or unsustainable bottled water—fail to deliver safe, healthy, and eco-friendly water. This fragmented, consumer-driven market is highly disruptable, with opportunities to capture share through innovative, chemical-free purification systems and premium bottled water products that resonate with health-conscious and environmentally aware households.
