Full Color Ad: This includes one (1) full color ad with graphics completed by advertiser. Please see below for information regarding design fees.

This also includes a banner ad on the web site. Please refer to our policy for more information regarding full color ads. This ad will include links to your company web site.

My Morgantown! is an electronic publication that is free to read and enjoy on the Internet.

Your advertising dollars keep working because readers world-wide can access and enjoy back issue in our archive section for desktop, iPhone, Android or tablet reading!

1/4 Page $50/issue 1/2 Page $75/issue 3/4 Page $100/issue Full Page $125/issue Pay annually and receive a 10% discount.

Shop Local Promotion $125 annual commitment includes a 2.5 x 3 (business card size) ad in the magazine, with a link to your website and the same ad in our printed Shop Local flyer that will be distributed to area hotels/ motels, visitor’s bureau and rest stops along I79 and I68.

A full color, full page under an annual contract - $500.

Pay the year in advance and save %10 - minus $50.

Final annual cost - $450.

Ad Design Full color ads can be created for you by our graphic design team using your copy and graphics. All ads will have a link to your company web site.

There is an additional

one time design fee of $30 for 1/4 and 1/2 page full color ads. There is an additional one time graphic design fee of $60 for 3/4 and full page full color ads. These fees are in addition to

the monthly ad fee and will be directbilled. Please contact us with questions regarding graphics requirements at info@ My-morgantown.com.

Advertising Policy All advertising payments will be direct billed on the 3rd day of the month preferably to a Visa or Master Card. Cancellations must be received by the 25th of the prior month.

Check payment will be accepted for annual advertising agreements only. A 10% discount applies to the final balance for accounts that are paid in advance for an annual contract of advertising.

Additional fees apply for My Morgantown! to complete graphic design of full color ads. If you wish to have us design your ad, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for ad placement.

The price for a full color ad includes up to two (2) ad redesigns and change-outs per year. There is a minimum $5.00 fee per ad change out after the initial two (2). These can be uploaded at your discretion, but please allow 2-4 weeks for changes to be made during holiday seasons.

For example, if you request your regular ad removed so your holiday special can be advertised, please contact us 2-4 weeks before you want this change to appear.
