Another Disadvantage of MIVAN Formwork is the availability of manufacturer . Since not all the developers in India are using MIVAN Formwork Manufacturers and Raw Materials for this Technology is also available in Limited Number.

One of major Disadvantage of MIVAN is that it will not retain the moisture for a longer time. Hence you may see cracks on the walls.
