Open Enrollment Season is here! Don’t forget to make your benefit selections for the 2025 plan year, including adding & changing coverage, by logging into your Employee Navigator portal (www.employeenavigator.com ) beginning November 18th, 2024

U nless you have an IRS qualifying life event (like getting married or having a baby!), these selections are locked in for the entirety of next year, so you’ll want to make sure you’ve chosen your plans!

The week of 11/18, we’ll be holding Benefit Awareness meetings with our benefits advisor, Ben Wise, and Vantage Point’s HR Director, Georgia Marchionne. Be on the lookout for more information on those meetings at your community.

If you need help accessing or navigating within the benefits portal, check with your HR coordinator — they’re there as a resource for you!
