DESIGN CONCEPT STATEMENT The newest community developed for Vantage Point Retirement Living, Inc, in collaboration with Kimmel Bogrette Architecture, is Meadowcrest at Middletown.

While remaining steeped in history, this city has flourished into one of the fastest growing areas in Delaware with it’s industrial, transportation and affluent housing developments. Merging metropolitan style, historical influences and artisanal quality, we will create a one-of-a-kind experience for the residents of Meadowcrest.

Influenced by the makers movement; mixed materials rooted from the area add charm and familiarity, while industrial elements blend effortlessly - speaking to the progression of this town whilst respecting it’s past.

The interiors will boast hand crafted designs, evident in the specialty furniture and repurposed materials that will fuse old and new. Industrial touches with iron details will offer a collected look for a dimensional interior.
