Behind the Design

CONCEPT STATEMENT Vantage Point Retirement Living is bringing a new community to the Rehoboth Beach area in Delaware that will serve independent living residents in a resort inspired setting that also captures the fun spirit of this eastern shore city.

The design will focus on creating common spaces that support sociable and memorable experiences through function and aesthetic. A mix of classic and modern furniture frames upholstered in playful patterns and natural textures will echo the nautical and coastal themes found in the architectural details. Soft neutrals will be paired with vibrant and rich colors inspired by the surrounding natural landscape.

Accents and artwork will bring finishing touches to add a unique atmosphere to each space.
