Live Events are back! We have been waiting so long for this time to come, and we may have gotten a little over-excited when we rocked up at Agent Rainmaker Live at the beginning of September. Mike and Anita represented Vouch, bringing all the goods to keep spirits high throughout the weekend. “Agent Rainmaker Live was a brilliant opportunity to meet some of our current customers and network with letting agents & business owners from across the UK. The event was extremely well organized from start to finish. As a supplier to the industry, we weren’t only involved in the exhibitor hall but were invited to join in with the speaker sessions and mastermind meetings, truly experiencing the event in all its glory. It was a weekend to remember.” - Anita
You may have also spotted Mike & Ben over in Belfast at ARLA Northern Ireland. What a venue to be at! Titanic Belfast Museum was truly spectacular to visit - definitely one ticked off the bucket list. “It’s been amazing to get back to doing some live events rather than having to do everything virtually. Dealing with people face to face has made everything 3D again and allowed us to develop relationships with our clients (both existing and new!) much easier.” - Mike “It was great to finally be at an in person event once again.I felt as though I was able to learn so much more about the agents I was speaking with as well as picking up a few things regarding how some of the other suppliers interact with a similar target market. The new Adoption Stage/Team Liz Our newer agents may have noticed we have moved things around a little bit to make our level of customer care even better. For all new agents joining Vouch, you will now have one of our two Liz’s looking after you for the first 3 months. They are there to help you become a whizz on your Vouch dashboard & maximise your goals through training, advice and whatever else you may need. After the adoption period, you will then be introduced to your permanent Account Manager who will be your ‘go to’ person going forward.
Spotlight on… Serenity Property Agency “Serenity Property Agency is an independent company providing Lettings, Sales, and Property Management services. Although based in Felixstowe, Serenity has properties under management throughout Suffolk and Essex and we pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our landlords, listening to them and understanding what they need from us. Goodbyes It doesn’t happen often, but we have had two Vouch members fly the nest for new adventures. This time we say goodbye to Beau, our Development Team Leader and Joe, a member of our Business Development team. We wish them the best of luck with their new roles!
