Vouch Voids Perhaps the most exciting news to come from Vouch these past few months has been the building and release of our newest service, Vouch Voids.

The brainchild of co-founder Jaime Tillyer, it was built as a solution to solve many of the issues our agents had been facing during the energy crisis.

“Following numerous conversations with our clients, it became apparent that the voids offerings available through our partners were just not in line with how the agents or the Vouch platform works. Agents reported frustrations around always speaking to a middleman, so the solution as we saw it was to do what we do best and build a voids platform from the agents’ point of view.”

* ScottishPower’s Energy for Landlords tariff is only available during the void period to landlords with domestic properties supplied via a credit meter.

Not only will Voids manage the utility switch for properties, but it will also notify the council and water authorities of changes in tenancy.

This will save agents time and also minimise the landlord’s costs during void periods whilst bringing in additional revenue to the business.

Tenants will benefit from having access to a wide range of energy tariffs, from a stable energy supplier, whilst also taking comfort in the knowledge that their energy is renewable and sustainable.

Vouch Voids is available to all of our agents wanting to use it. If you aren’t already familiar with Voids, you just need to speak to your Account Manager.

New Partnerships Another exciting bit of news is our partnership with DAS Insurance.

We wanted to make sure that our agents had access to the best Rent Protection policies out there, so partnered with a market-leading provider to do just that.

All Vouch agents have access to this policy and will be able to benefit from the below; All payments inclusive of VAT. Commission amounts will be shown on agent dashboards once reported to us by the supplier.

Commissions will be shown but only “claimable” once vouch has been paid by the supplier.

This can take up to 12 weeks (utilities) but is dependent on supplier and normally quicker.

Integrations

Vouch was built with an easy to integrate open API so that we can connect with our agents’ software to make life easier for everyone.

So to make it even easier to request an Integration, we have launched a dedicated page where suppliers can tell us about their tech and we can start the integration process.
