By adding snippets to your website, you are increasing the number of people who can benefit from these deals - not just new tenants! Product Update Vouch Notifications Since changing Vouch Voids from an automated utility switching service to a Notifications only platform, we have made some improvements, as well as released some new features. New features & improvements include: •
Water meter readings can now be entered for the property if there is a water meter present

You can now add or remove additional tenants from the property
•
You can now enter night meter readings for Economy 7 meters
•
You are now able to enter both gas and electric MPAN/MPRN meter details when these are not found automatically

Why did you decide to start using Vouch?
The Property Outlet is an independent property agency which I set up in 2006. Since then we have developed a highly enthusiastic team of professionals who are completely motivated to offer our ever-expanding base of clients a high level of service combined with a wealth of experience in lettings, residential sales & local knowledge. We decided to use Vouch instead of continuing to do in-house referencing as we felt that it may make the process quicker and the reports look very professional. How have you found the process so far? It was easy to get Vouch up and running. The process is smooth and saves lots of time, meaning that we can continue to focus on other areas of the business.
What is your favourite thing about the platform? My favourite thing is how streamlined it is, and the dashboard is great for checking which stage each reference is in. What are your goals for the future of your business? We want to grow the number of landlords who use our services for finding tenants, as well as other things. Is there anything else that you would like to add? The team members at Vouch who we have dealt with so far have been very efficient and have answered our questions straight away.
Important Vouch Update Price changes starting Monday 1st August
We have worked very hard over the past 5 years, and through the recent difficult conditions to maintain our referencing price, but unfortunately, due to the current market environment and costs increasing across the board, we have had to make some changes to our pricing structure. We’re sure you’ll agree that the platform has improved greatly since we first started, with the number of commission-generating products as well as referencing options increasing to give you more choice and the opportunity to maximise your income. From Monday 1st August, the new pricing structure will be as follows: -
Core references will move from £5 to £6*

Core+ references will move from £10 to £12*
We will also be changing the way our credits work. Instead of purchasing 1 credit costing £5 or £10, all our credits will now cost £1 for 1 credit. This change will pave the way for new, lower-priced referencing products coming very soon! If you have any questions on this, please don’t hesitate to contact your Account Manager.
