Right to rent Changes The way that we check documents for Right to Rent checks has changed. From 1st July 2021, the majority of EEA citizens will prove their Right to Rent using the Home Office online checking service. Those who have made a successful application to the EU Settlement Scheme will have been provided with digital evidence of their immigration status. To help our agents, and anyone else who needs some clarity on what they now need to stay compliant, we put together a simple easy to follow flow chart that takes you through it step by step for each nationality group. Vouch has moved! We have been very fortunate to continuously grow our team over the last year, so much so that we have had to move office! So we said farewell to Vouch HQ and are now finally all working from one place. New features include a dedicated Table Tennis room, with a shiny new table, posh demo rooms for those all-important video calls and the comfiest sofas (it’s a challenge not to fall asleep on them).
Love mud
Some crazy person in the office decided it would be a fun experience to sign everyone up for the Agents Love Mud Challenge run by Agents Giving. Surprisingly, quite a few others agreed it would be fun and joined in! So, they have been training hard to prepare themselves for the challenging obstacles they will face at the Nuclear Rush event, whilst also raising money that will go towards supporting Agents Giving.

EA Masters It’s back! We are so excited to be a sponsor for EA Masters again this year & cannot wait to see everyone in person at the awards in November. We have 4 virtual conferences before then so make sure to pop into our Virtual Booth, even if it’s just to say hello. Speaking of awards - we are going for Gold this year in the Best Supplier category & we can’t do it without you. Propertymark exams The Account Managers, Support and Sales team have all been working towards completing their Level 3 Award in Lettings and Property Management, to ensure they have the right understanding and knowledge to better support our customers. So far they have completed Unit 1 of 4, with a 100% pass rate! Exams for Unit 2 are on the horizon, so keep your fingers crossed.
