VOLKERT INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Volkert Internship Program is designed for students to learn what it’s like to work in professional services and take on roles like those of a full-time hire. This opportunity will help you grow your skills, empower your curiosity, and celebrate your versatility. As a Volkert intern, you will develop experience among teams who are working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. In addition to building your technical skills, you will expand your soft skills such as time management, problem-solving, listening, and communication. No matter which department you are in, whether you are in engineering, accounting, marketing, or more, you will learn how your role is integral to delivering a successful infrastructure project.

With nearly 100 years of experience, Volkert knows its success would not be possible without our employees. That’s why we take the time to invest in the training, growth, and wellness of each one, beginning with our interns. We are training interns to become tomorrow’s business leaders with a successful career at Volkert after graduation.

Interning at Volkert was a great experience. It allowed me to obtain real world experience and provided me with an opportunity for a full-time position after graduation. I’ve been given incredible opportunities to grow in my profession and community, and I’ve made lifelong friendships.
