VISION SESSION

WE HAVE FOUND THAT STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION ALONG WITH FACILITATION TECHNIQUES IMPROVE THE PARTICIPANTS ABILITIES TO COMMUNICATE VISIONS, VALUES AND BELIEFS. THEREFORE, WE DESIGNED AND INCORPORATED THE “VISUALIZATION SESSIONS” AS PART OF OUR METHODOLOGY WHEN STARTING A NEW PROJECT. THESE SESSIONS ARE STRATEGIC, CREATIVE AND COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOPS IN WHICH DIFFERENT PARTIES (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) DISCUSS AND PARTICIPATE IN INTERACTIVE EXERCISES, DESIGNED FOR ARTICULATING A CLEAR VISION FOR THEIR BRAND, ORGANIZATION OR PROJECT. THIS VISUALIZATION PROCESS IS MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE SINCE IT IDENTIFIES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THE CORRELATION BETWEEN OBJECTIVES, PROBLEMS, STRATEGIES AND POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS.

VOID’S TEAM MEETS WITH THE PROJECT’S REPRESENTATIVES WITH THE GOAL OF EXTRACTING THE VISION FOR DEVELOPING THE MASTERPLAN. THIS IS DONE THROUGHOUT A SERIES OF EXERCISES GUIDED BY DIVERSE TOPICS AND PREVIOUSLY GENERATED AND ANALYZED QUESTIONNAIRES.

IT’S DEFINED THROUGHOUT A GROUP EXERCISE THAT QUALIFIES THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTES OF THE FUTURE PROJECT. IDENTIFYING KEY WORDS HELPS BOTH THE CLIENT AND VOID’S TEAM TO SHARE A GENERAL VISION OF THE PROJECT AND AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE IDENTITY IT WILL HAVE.

BASED ON A CONVERSATION WITH THE CLIENT, A VISION ABOUT THE PROJECT’S SCOPES AND CHALLENGES IS ESTABLISHED. AS WELL AS SEVERAL OBJECTIVES WITH WHICH IT’S SUCCESS CAN BE MEASURED, BOTH IN MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO DESIGN A PROJECT THAT EMBRACES NEW AGE VALUES SURROUNDING HEALTH, WEALTH, EDUCATION AND RELATIONSHIPS TO BUILD A CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY. ONE OF THE GOALS IS TO ACHIEVE A HARMONIC DESIGN THAT CAN INTEGRATE EVERY IDEA FOR THE PROJECT WITHOUT IT BECOMING OVERWHELMING. IT FOCUSES MAINLY ON USERS SUCH AS ENTREPRENEURS, MILLENNIALS, COUPLES WITH KIDS, INFLUENCERS, ATHLETES & BUSINESS OWNERS.
