This toolkit is an output from a project developed to better understand issues faced by people of no NFA when attempting to register with a GP. We began our research in 2016 and cocreated a mystery shopping project. Our findings resulted in the design and distribution of our GP cards. In 2017 and 2018 we hosted two cohorts of Year 5 GP students from Keele University on their final year placements and supported them to conduct the mystery shopping project; the aim was to measure any ‘shift’
in the number of GP surgeries registering people experiencing homelessness.
