Strawberry Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 lb Strawberries, finely diced

1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar

3 tablespoons Butter (melted)

8 oz Cream Cheese Spread

4 tablespoons Mascarpone Cheese

6 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar

½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon Salt

1 loaf Baguette Bread, cut inch ¼ inch slices

1 ½ tablespoon Mint, finely chopped

⅓ cup Honey

¼ cup Powdered Sugar

3 drops Lemon

M e t h o d

Mix 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl and set aside. Dip one side of the bread into the belted butter.

Top the bread generously with the sugar/cinnamon mixture and brush off excess.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

Mix the cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, salt and the remainder of the cinnamon until it's light and fluffy. Spread a thick layer across each slice. Mix the strawberries, sugar and Lemon oil. Add the strawberry mix on top of the bruschetta.
