Experience Your hormones will have never been so happy as when you're diffusing this balancing blend. The perfect combination of floral, spicy and musky scents will make your hormones happy while also making everyone's noses happy too!.

Recipe

1. Make Lavender Honey Syrup Combine water and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a light simmer, stirring until the honey is dissolved.

2. Remove from heat and add 1 drop of Lavender.

3. Cool and store in the fridge till needed. It'll last up to 1 month in the fridge.

4. Make cocktail - Add Bourbon, Angostura Bitters, ½ of the Lavender Honey Syrup and 1 drop of Wild Orange in a cocktail shaker and shake well.

5. Pour in a glass over ice.

Honey Lavender Cocktoil

This is the perfect cocktail to have as a nightcap to help you sleep after a long day. The soothing Lavender will help relax you and it's even better if you enjoy it while diffusing our Relaxation Balanced Blend.

Mint Dark Choc Truffles

Method

1. Put almond flour, cocoa powder, almond extract, maple syrup and the ¼ cup of coconut oil in a food processor and blend till it all comes together and forms a big sticky ball.

2. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, continuing till you've used all of the mixture.

3. Place in the fridge or freezer to firm up for at least 15 minutes while you melt the chocolate.

4. Melt the chocolate chips with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil over a double boiler till creamy and smooth.

5. Add peppermint to the chocolate and stir well.

6. Dip hardened balls in melted chocolate using a slotted spoon and place back on the baking paper.

7. Sprinkle with salt if desired.

8. Place back in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes 9. Store in an airtight container.

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

2. Scrape the sides down and blend again for 30 seconds.
