Knowledge sharing within health and social care teams
A series of stories about how knowledge is shared by health and social care staff working in community-based teams. The stories are based on data collected by observing the work of integrated neighbourhood teams in a city in the North of England during an independent research project funded by the National Institute for Health Research. Each story is about how one team shares knowledge during regular 'case management' meetings. The characters named in the story are fictional and not based on any one individual.
