the direction of Executive Chef Vincenzo Garofalo and his highly trained

team of 42 cooks and 4 sous chefs, the hotel offers gourmet room service and sustainable, seasonal dining in the unexpectedly indulgent Perrine restaurant, as well as lite bites in the whimsical Rotunda along with wine and craft cocktails in the polished fabulous Two E Lounge, serving as many as 3,000 people per day
