The Pierre’s varied dining destinations, are all dedicated to upholding a rich history of celebrated cuisine in elegant settings. The culinary history of The Pierre began with storied chef Auguste Escoffier who was brought in from France to organize the kitchen and menu. Escoffier’s creations and influence remain an inspiration for some of the hotel’s most popular dishes. Today, under the direction of Executive Chef Vincenzo Garofalo and his highly trained team of 42 cooks and 4 sous chefs, the hotel offers gourmet room service and sustainable, seasonal dining in the unexpectedly indulgent Perrine restaurant, as well as lite bites in the whimsical Rotunda along with wine and craft cocktails in the polished The Pierre’s Two E Lounge, serving as many as 3,000 people per day in high season. The Chef’s Social Club offers a private gourmet tasting dinner with small plates and wine pairings curated by Executive Chef Vincenzo Garofalo and the in-house sommelier.
