Ford Accident Management and the Ford Certified Collision Network (FCCN) are coming together through a more connected approach designed to strengthen support for both customers and repairers.

By combining the customer-facing accident support journey with the expertise and capability of the FCCN repair network, the next phase of the programme creates a clearer, more joined-up experience from first notification through to repair completion.

This approach brings together trusted repair expertise, approved standards, connected technology, and a simplified customer journey under one aligned direction.

For customers, this means easier access to approved repair support, genuine Ford parts, trained technicians, and improved visibility throughout the repair process.

People arrive in a moment of urgency, often shaken, short on time, and with very little tolerance for friction. That is why the first real test of any brand promise most likely happens online.

Websites, search results, social channels and paid campaigns are where reassurance is either delivered instantly or lost before the first call is made. Crucially, customers stay in a consistent, Ford branded environment throughout the repair process. Using the updates you provide via AutoFlow, the site can communicate progress clearly and consistently, reinforcing reassurance and confidence in the quality of repair at every stage.

The result is a complete customer journey, from the first call or online notification form, through updates and support, right through to leaving feedback. Every touchpoint is designed to reduce stress, remove uncertainty, and deliver the reassurance customers expect, backed by the Ford experience and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.

Customer Repair Portal Customers use a single portal to manage their repair from start to finish, with multiple opportunities for repairers to engage, share updates, and keep the experience clear and reassuring throughout.

REQUEST AN ESTIMATE

A simple, guided way for customers to log damage, upload photos, and choose a repairer. It is designed to work fast for roadside reporting or an initial request, with the right information captured in as few steps as possible.

BOOK A REPAIR

A proven booking journey that invites the customer to confirm key details and provide any additional information about their damage. This keeps the process controlled, consistent, and easy to progress without delays.

MONITOR REPAIR PROGRESS

Connected to the BMS, the site keeps customers in a branded FCCN and Ford experience throughout the repair journey. Repairers can interact directly with customers using free SMS, share photos, and stay part of the digital journey from start to finish.

SEARCH FOR FCCN REPAIRERS

Every FCCN repairer will have a profile in the site search, helping customers find their closest approved centre. Repairers can showcase positive feedback on their profile, creating a strong asset to share and use in local marketing.

Accident repair typically doesn’t start in a repair centre, it starts the moment someone has a bump, grabs their phone, and tries to figure out what to do next. That journey needs to feel clear, quick and reassuring, all marketing and processes need to come across as efficient, caring and credible.

Accident Repair Industry Environmental Standard

ARIES: The New Standard for Repairer Sustainability

Moving to ARIES keeps insurers confident, strengthens industry standards, and shows repairers are leading on sustainability, not catching up.

PAS 2060, the long-established carbon neutrality standard, was withdrawn at the end of 2025, marking a significant shift towards stronger, more transparent sustainability frameworks focused on measurable environmental progress rather than simple offsetting.

For repairers, this change has real commercial importance. Insurer payments are expected to cease for sites that do not transition to the ARIES Standard, making this far more than an environmental initiative. It is about protecting insurer relationships, maintaining commercial continuity, and ensuring long-term competitiveness within an evolving repair landscape.

ARIES, the Automotive Repair Industry Environmental Standard, has been developed specifically for the collision repair sector. Unlike broad, one-sizefits-all frameworks, ARIES reflects the operational realities of repairers

whilst supporting genuine emissions measurement, reduction, and verification across the industry.

The standard aligns with internationally recognised frameworks, including the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), helping create a more consistent and credible approach to sustainability reporting and environmental accountability.

As the industry continues to evolve, ARIES represents the next step forward for modern repair operations, helping businesses demonstrate professionalism, build insurer confidence, and show clear commitment to a more sustainable future.
