Pre-Registration allows Vizion to capture your details and transform to your very own QR code, similar to a barcode, by using a compatible app (there’s 100’s), you simply scan the badge and the data is then stored on you mobile, it is really that simple. A vCard is in essence, an electronic business card. They are a fast, easy way to transfer relevant contact details to another person, using a standardised format that is recognised by all relevant medias today: computers, smartphones and tablets. Your vCard will contain all the information that you registered such as your name, address,
numbers, and emails\URLS. These have been tested with all the popular QR code readers, with great results and help to obtain the information from each delegate in electronic format. So to get the important contact details of each delegate use this format for scanning each other, making networking easier.

ANDREW MARSH
AUTO INDUSTRY INSIDER
Andrew gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering IN 1984 and worked in the automotive industry as a designer, development engineer and programme manager. Companies include Aston Martin, Ford of Europe, GM Europe, Lotus, Renault, Saab and Volvo. The technologies covered include whole vehicle, cooling systems, engines, transmissions, vehicle emissions and more. From 2004 Andrew joined MIRRC Thatcham to provide them with sight of what vehicles and technologies would arrive, and when. In late 2007 he took over the collision repair information service ‘escribe’ production, increasing model coverage by 50% with just 75% of the original department headcount.
Auto Industry Consulting is an independent provider of technical information and consultancy to the global collision repair industry. Of the many services AIC offer, two of the key products are: www.autoindustryinsider.com and www.ezimethods.com In 2013, AIC were also responsible for the creation of the AutoRaise Body Repair Apprenticeship Programme and course materials. AutoRaise combines three sets of essential skills into a 26 month programme, with learners achieving both nationally and industry recognised qualifications.

Chris has worked in the body repair sector for 26 years gaining experience in almost all sectors. Starting his Bodyshop career in restoration Chris was trained in all aspects of the repair. Moving to VWG in 1989 was the start of his strong manufacturer relationships. In 1993 a move to a multi-franchise business with responsibilities for Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Seat and Volvo strengthened this still further. In 2001, Chris was recruited by Clarkes Accident Repair Centres as Group Operations Director to enhance their vehicle manufacturer strategies and insurer relations. In 2009 Chris was appointed as Director Network Operations for Vizion Network, conceptualising

several new important initiatives for write-off avoidance and recycling and a string of very important IT system modules and processes which in turn has helped him and the team grow the Vizion business from 4000 to nearly 200,000 claims in 2015 in just over 6 years. Chris has a high level of energy, ability and determination to get things done. Experienced,knowledgeable and passionate about the industry, he holds strong views but is always open to the views of others. His goal, to influence positive and lasting changein our industry.

MARK HADAWAY EDITOR PLENHAM LTD
Mark has more than 15 years’ worth of experience within the accident repair industry, having undertaken various roles at Plenham Ltd. Currently editor across Plenham’s portfolio of media outlets and publications, Mark is responsible for bodyshop magazine’s UK conference agenda and acts as chair for the bodyshop hosted Industry Forum initiative. Mark is also a board member of IBIS and has acted as event moderator at both domestic and international events. Mark has recently completed a level 7 diploma in

strategic management and leadership as part of a bodyshop led, pioneering industry educational programme. His aim now is to continue the programme to MBA level. Outside of work, Mark is a competitive sportsman competing in running and triathlon events.

JEFF MANRICKS DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AUDATEX
Jeff Manricks has been an executive in sales and business development for almost fifteen years. After graduating from Trinity College, Australia with a qualification in engineering and fabrication design, he began his career as an engineer for Komatsu. Here he took responsibility for the development and redesign of Komatsu’s products and equipment.

In 2002, he joined Henkel as a sales manager. Having been guided by his Australian lecturer throughout college – who he cites as having the greatest influence on his life – he understood the value of having a great relationship with customers and the importance of providing tangible insight and going the extra mile. As a result, Manricks has been awarded ‘Best Performer’ awards twice - in 2003 and 2006.
In January 2016, Manricks joined the ranks of Audatex, the world’s leading technology and data provider for the insurance industry, as director of business development. His mission includes heading up all commercial activity and generating new product ideas that cement Audatex as a technology leader in the insurance sector.
It was in 2007 when he first entered the automotive world, working as business

Manricks has two children, Lola and Jasper, and dedicates all of his time at home to bringing them up as genuine, kind-hearted human beings that are truly global citizens.

MARK MULLIN PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER EMEA – GUIDEWIRE
Mark is Digital Strategy Director, International, at Guidewire Software, based out of the UK office. Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance, financial services and related industries, in North America and Europe, as well as experience in Southeast Asia. He has previously served in senior roles for Target Group and SSP in the UK, and has a background in underwriting and broking, having started his career as a commercial underwriter at Royal Insurance (now RSA), specialising in complex commercial risks. Mark is an insurance person by trade, and was drawn to

a career in the software industry by a fascination with the opportunity to dramatically impact business process, and enhance the customer experience, through the application of technology. As part of Guidewire’s ongoing investment in strategic initiatives, Mark’s role is to work with Guidewire customers, along with industry specialists, in ensuring key business issues are fully addressed by Guidewire solutions.

QUENTIN WILLSON MOTORING BROADCASTER AND TRANSPORT CAMPAIGNER
One of the UK’s best-known motoring commentators Quentin was a Top Gear presenter for over a decade, wrote and presented BBC2’s the Car’s The Star, started Channel 5’s Fifth Gear, created the Britain’s Worst Driver format (now shown in 14 international territories) and now presents The Classic Car Show on Channel 5 and is also Executive Producer. His knowledge on new cars, used and classics is industry leading but he’s also a vocal campaigner on new and used car and fuel prices with his million-signature FairFuelUK petition that’s saved UK motorists £20 billion in fuel duty and VAT. A regular face in Westminster, Quentin lobbies ministers and MPs to getter a better deal for Britain’s 40 million licence holders. He’s written weekly columns for the Mirror and Sunday Mirror for 15 years, Classic Cars Magazine for nine years and writes for many other magazines and newspapers. He was awarded the Press Association Motoring Writer of the year Award for his work to bring new car prices in the UK to the same level as Europe, saving British

He’s a patron of the Hydrogen Trust and judge for the £10 million Future UK EV Battery prize. Quentin’s father – Professor H. B Willson – was a wartime Bletchley Park code breaker who was recruited from Cambridge University to the famous Hut 4 and became the first person to decode the Haglein encryption machine, the Italian equivalent of Enigma. His achievement is acknowledged to have had a ‘significant outcome’ on WW2. Quentin is also a BAFTA film judge.

Established in Leicester in 2010 and initially focused on small business digital risk and dispute mediation, Berea quickly evolved as the field was absorbed by the broader subject of cyber risk and security. Aaron now leads an expert team in developing solutions to help businesses understand and address cyber security across all aspects of their organisation. Berea provide a unique offering of online and offline training, education and assessment services. Berea is working in partnership with Vizion to engage their members on this emerging risk, by providing expert guidance, knowledge and services to help them understand their cyber security status and become more resilient organisations.

The increasing scale of the problem has lead Vizion Network to partner with Berea, specialists in helping businesses understand and address their cyber security needs. Supported by Berea, towards the end of 2016 Vizion Network will be launching a comprehensive support programme to support Network members with cyber security. More information will be made available after the Vizion conference in October.

Being recognised with a Vizion Shine Award will be one of the highest accolades a repairer can receive from Vizion, an award for excellence and a true representation of quality. The aim is for the Shine Awards and Recognition program to identify individuals and repairers that truly add value, quality and excellence to the network. We want to demonstrate through ‘Shine’ the many ways in which best practices can be found everywhere in individuals and teams, and how, through recognising these achievements, we can all better learn from each other. There are 2 main categories spanning 13 awards.
