VSIGNS is a studio focused on the design of internal spaces. We are passionate about taking care of the details that make the difference in a pleasant place to stay.

FURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E)

FINISHES AND CUSTOM FURNITURE

Finishes selection from national suppliers for walls, floors and ceilings.

Exploded workshop plans, installations details, quantities and quotation of each material.

Custom made furniture designs and quotation of furniture. Workshop plans with details of finishes and accessories such as handles, taps, etc.

Selection of skirting boards, cornices, doors and handles.

FURNITURE, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT (FF&E)

Selection and quotation of movable furniture, fixtures, or other equipment that have no permanent connection to the structure of the building and are consequently easily removable from their respective locations.. These items include beds, consoles, sofas, desks, tables, chairs, electronic equipment, tables, shelves, etc

Projects less tan 200m2 should be evaluated*

Monitoring of delivery times with respect to the schedule of the work

Technical inspection of custom furniture: rectification of measures and finish quality revision.

Meetings with suppliers of chosen materials.

Meetings with the different parts of the project (engineers, architects etc.) in order to ensure that the plans meet the necessary specifications, such as the correct measurements for the installation of custom made furniture, electrical outs correctly positioned for the lights, spot led strips etc, mechanical outlets for taps.

ON SITE INSPECTIONS: $200

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Importation of materials and furniture from international providers logistics.

Management of supplier´s payments

Projects less than 200m2 should be evaluated

DELIVERABLES & MEETINGS

Discovery Session

Initial meeting with the purpose of get involved, analyze and determine the concept to implement for the project .

According with the clients lifestyle , requests, needs and aesthetic preferences,, a preliminary presentation called Look and Feel (L&F) is developed..

Conceptual Presentation

Look & Feel

The main purpose of Look & Feel is to develop and present different concept options.

The conceptual presentation is made up of sensory images, materials, textures, colors palletes and references of existing projects, seeking to connect and be aligned with the vision that the client wants for the project, their expectations, requirements and needs, until a concept where the customer feel satisfied is reached .

Finishes and FF&E selection Moodboards & Plans

Selection of finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) from national and international suppliers through:

o Visits to supplier showrooms.

o Request for physical samples.

o Combination of different materials and accessories selected shown through mood boards and samples.

o Photomontages..

o Location of finishes in plans through architectural symbols of wall, floor, and ceiling finishes.

o Location of electrical outlets in architectural plans for the installation of lamps and electrical devices.

o Quotations
