‘In the summertime, when the weather is hot You can stretch right up and touch the sky’

This is a famous song written by British rock band Mungo Jerry, a catchy tune that so embodies the summertime atmosphere in Zagreb. During the sunniest of seasons Zagreb offers numerous events for all to enjoy. Culture lovers, music fans, sport fanatics, film buffs, foodies, art admirers; whatever floats your boat and feeds your passion, Croatia’s capital has it in abundance. You can picnic on the grass, attend car rallies, watch film screenings, or enjoy music festivals, exhibitions and sporting events. You will find it all on the programme list.

Stroll the city’s sidewalks to discover the miniature installations, head up to the Old Town to explore the historical courtyard secrets, wander through the abundance of green parks to enjoy the entertainment, listen to the classical concerts, or just people-watch at one of the many outdoor cafés.
