Wesley Street

Try Wesley Street with the terrace of pastel-coloured shops and cafés, feels like a tiny fishing village!

Hesketh Park

Hesketh Park is a lovely place for a quiet stroll, or a fast run, away from the crowds.

Pier Pavilion

Next time you’re walking the Pier make sure you go right to the end and visit the Pavilion - the vintage amusements are worth a look and a play, or just have a drink and take in the view!

British Lawnmower Museum

Is the British Lawnmower Museum a hidden gem, or is it altogether too famous by now?

We’re not sure but it’s well worth a visit. The museum boasts mowers from the last century and a half of development and is a fascinating trip through the history of something many of us have in a shed.

Fun fact

Wesley Street - traders there have thrown themselves into festivals and events and have even covered the street in knitting for a yarn bombing event!
