The desert sands of Ica

The way the sun dies in the desert sands of Ica is probably one of the most beautiful sights visitors will ever enjoy. Travelers can enjoy it quietly or under the effect of sand dune sports’ adrenaline. Ica’s arid landscape contrasts with its fertile valleys. It is a land that gave birth to the ancient Paracas (600 BC - 200 AD) and Nasca (0-750 AD) civilizations but also to the incomparable pisco grape brandy, Peru’s national spirit.
