Frequently asked questions Where can I buy tickets for the Priory shows? Tickets for all Priory shows are now sold out. Re-sale tickets may be available from See Tickets Fan to Fan Marketplace and Twickets. Tickets for Sam Fender were sold via See Tickets and Ticketmaster only and it was a condition at time of booking that the name of the lead booker would be printed on the tickets and they must be present on the night. Re-sale tickets for Sam’s show will only be accepted from See Tickets Fan to Fan marketplace and Twickets with proof of purchase. Can children attend the Priory concerts? Yes, children of all ages can attend the concerts, and must be accompanied by an adult. If you are bringing a small child with you, we recommend that the child wears ear defenders. What if my tickets don’t turn up? We are unable to deal with ticket issues on the day unless we have been notified of any changes directly by the ticket provider. If you have lost tickets or your tickets do not arrive in time, you must contact the ticket company you purchased through ahead of the event. If they issue replacements, your original tickets will be cancelled and won’t be accepted on the day. If they advise you to collect tickets on the day, you can do so at the onsite box office located just outside Tynemouth Priory. Photo ID is required. What time are the concerts? For evening concerts, gates open at 6pm with the exception of the Sam Fender show which is 5.30pm. Support acts start at around 7pm. Concerts finish by 10pm. For Sunday afternoon, gates open at 11.45am and the concert finishes by 7pm. Stage times are confirmed nearer the time - check website and Facebook for updates. Can I bring my own food and drink? Food and drink is available on site, but people can also bring their own. Alcohol is allowed in moderate quantities. Glass is NOT permitted. Bag searches will be conducted.
