Acommunity focal point and a place to gather and create lasting memories in Nampa centers around the Ford Idaho Center. Possibly one of the most renowned event complexes in Idaho, hosting over 100 events annually in Nampa. View the Treasure Valley from atop a grass-covered rise; it’s earned its keep as a staple in the state as a distinguished establishment that serves as a stage for world-famous entertainers.

The amphitheater outside is capable of holding over 10,000 guests and has dominated the outdoor Idaho concert scene. Since its fi rst show back in 1998, the Ford Idaho Center amphitheater has repeatedly kept the summer concert experience alive with top entertainers like Bob Dylan, Shania Twain, James Taylor, Meghan Trainor, and so much more. It also features annual music festivals like the Jacksons Country Stomp-which takes place every June 15th, featuring a broad lineup of the best

in country menus. The summer amphitheater concerts go from June to September every year. Inside the arena, you can fi nd a spectacle to see when live bands come through. It’s also home to one of the world’s fi nest rodeo events. The Snake River Stampede is one of the top 10 regular professional rodeos out of the approximately 800 in the coveted Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Fans travel from near and far to witness the athletes compete for the top spot in what is considered one of the most prominent rodeo competitions. Bronco riders aren’t the only reason the Snake River Stampede is celebrated among fans alike. Regularly hosting comedy skits with rodeo clowns, the rodeo queen competition, and involved youth activities like mutton busting and the calf scramble. The Snake River Stampede Rodeo is an annual week-long event that occurs on the third week of July.

Once the dust has settled and the stadium becomes vacant, the arena fl oor hosts various trade shows like gun shows, RV shows, boat shows, and so much more. Food and craft vendors set up tents across the arena fl oor for events and shoppers. The Ford Idaho Center can convert into a Monster Truck venue for a few days. It can later become a basketball stadium for boys’ and girls’ meet tournaments.
