Terry Reilly Health Service is a nonprofit community health center that provides affordable, comprehensive health care to all members of the community to improve the community’s health and quality of life.

In the early 1970s, Terry Reilly founded TRHS in Nampa as part of his Conscientious Objector alternative service by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise to help provide services to the farmworker community. At that time Nampa was a small,

agricultural community with a large migrant and seasonal farmworker population. Seasonal farmworkers lived in labor camps located throughout Canyon and Owyhee counties. Today TRHS operates medical/behavioral health clinics, dental clinics and specialty behavioral health clinics in between Ada, Canyon and Owyhee counties.
