Join us under the Cooking Demo Marquee as we celebrate the rich flavours of our region, guided by some of the most talented chefs and food experts.
A Feast of Sustainability
The theme for this year’s cooking demos is sustainability and sourcing local ingredients. We believe in the power of food to connect us with our community and our environment. By focusing on locally sourced ingredients, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and support local farmers and producers. Our chefs will not only demonstrate delicious recipes but also share tips on sustainable cooking practices that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

Donard Park: The Kidz Zone
