Monterey Car Week will take place over 10 days from August 7-16, 2026, with events in Carmel-by-theSea, Carmel Valley, Marina, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach and Seaside.

Monterey Car Week features more than 35 automotive events, including car shows, races, auctions, arts and lectures and concludes with the world-famous Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, celebrating its 75th anniversary.

Visitors and residents can enjoy more than 15 free events throughout the destination during Monterey Car Week.
•
The largest county-wide event within the destination, Monterey Car Week traditionally attracts upwards of more than 100,000 visitors.

Estimated visitor spending in the county is $130 million.

More than 100 local charities benefit from Car Week events, including local nonprofits/organizations such as youth and educational programs, Rotary clubs, hospitals, schools and the local United Way.

The Pebble Beach Concours d’ Elegance has raised more than $45 million in charitable gifts since inception in 1950.
NOTABLE FACTS & FIGURES FROM 2025 •
Countywide, hotel occupancy was around 85% during the 10-day period, with some weekend nights nearing 94-95%, with hotel revenue increasing about 5% year-over-year.

More than a dozen auction records were broken during the week, with 14 at RM Sotheby's alone, including the most valuable contemporary car ever sold at auction for $26 million: 2025 Ferrari Daytona SP3 'Tailor Made'. All of the $26 million went to charity for the Ferrari Foundation.
•
Pebble Beach Concours d' Elegance surpassed $4 million in charitable gifts in 2025, bringing the total charitable contributions to more than $45 million since 1950.
•
Record-breaking attendance was reported by event organizers at many of the events during Monterey Car Week.
