Mahjong and Gaming Club

Every other Tuesday, 3:30-5:30 pm

Ages 9 and up, free Join us to learn new games! There will be special classes to learn mahjong, tong-its, chess, checkers and other organized board games. Register here.

Decorate a Wreath Workshop

Want a unique and festive wreath for your front door? Design and create your own wreath at this program. One wreath per registrant and all decorating supplies be provided. Preregistration is required Sign up for each day individually. Register here.

Learn a Fiber Art

Wednesdays, Feb. 4-25, 5-6:30 p.m.

Ages 12 and up, $5 per person

Can't decide what crafting niche to get started in? Try out four different kinds of fiber arts at the community center. This will be a quick introduction and a chance to explore different facets of the fiber arts. All supplies will be provided. Sign up for each class individually. Preregistration required. Each day there will be a different craft. Some of the crafts include jewelry making, clay magnets, painting glasses, and more! All supplies are provided, but feel free to bring your own. Preregistration is required for each class. Register here.

Dungeons & Dragons Club

Tuesdays, Jan 3-March 3, 7-8:30 pm

Ages 16 and up, $10

Join fellow adventurers for an evening of storytelling, strategy and imagination! Whether you’re brandnew or have played before, this club is the perfect place to roll dice, build characters and embark on epic quests. Dice, character sheets and game materials provided, just bring your creativity and a spirit for adventure! Register here.

Limited equipment is available for checkout and nets are provided. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get your free community center membership. To maximize community use, users may experience wait times

Pickleball Open Gym

Mondays and Fridays, noon-3 p.m.

Wednesdays, 4-9 p.m.

Cost: $4 per person

Ages 14 and up

Grab a paddle and get ready to play! During this time, the gym is on the challenge court system To maximize community use, users may experience wait times.

Drop-in Dodgeball

Tuesdays, 7-9 pm

Ages 18 and up, $2 per player

Drop-in Dodgeball provides adults the opportunity to make friends and get exercise by playing a weekly game of dodgeball. We will divide into two teams and play classic dodgeball. We look forward to playing with you!

No need to pre-register – just bring a ball and get ready to play! This session is specifically for individuals who want to play scrimmage-style, non-refereed games.

Dodgeball Tournament

Tuesday, Jan. 13, 5:30-9 p.m.

Ages 18 and up, $20 per team

Gather your team (of 5 to 10 players) and get ready to dodge, duck, dip, dive and play your way to victory! Enjoy an evening of high-energy matches, friendly competition and plenty of fun. The tournament will run in a doubleelimination format, ensuring everyone gets multiple games and a chance to fight their way back to the finals. Register here.

Family Basketball

Thursdays, 4-6 p.m.

All ages, $2 per person

No need to pre-register – just bring a ball and get ready to play! This session is specifically for youth and families to shoot around and play without the intensity of pickup open gyms

Each week, our school-aged artists will create a new project with varying mediums. All skill levels are welcome! Preregistration is not required.

Come hang out with us as we explore and try new things in the world of theater and drama! Each week, we will have different challenges and games that we will use to learn new theaterrelated skills We will have fun, be silly and be creative while also working on confidence and making new friends! Storytime Crafts

Tuesdays, Jan. 6-Feb. 24, 9:15-10 a.m.

Ages 3 to 5, $2 per child

Join us for a fun storytelling of picture books. Along with the story will be a related craft. This program is for 3- to 5-year-olds. No pre-registration required

Reading is Cool Club

Thursdays, Feb. 5-26, 5-6 p.m.

Ages 8 to 13, $15

Come join us at our new kids' book club! We will have two age groups, but everyone meets on the same day and at the same time. Books (which will be provided) will be read and discussed each week with their age group. Register here.

Beginner Ballet

Level 1: Thursdays, 3-4 pm

Ages 4-6, Level 2: Thursdays, 4-5 p.m.

Ages 7-12

Cost: $30 per month

Beginner Ballet teaches the fundamentals of ballet and focuses on grace, flexibility, teamwork and creativity. Please come to class with hair pulled back, tights, leotard, ballet shoes and a smile! Register here.

Grades K-5 (ages 6-10)

Tuesdays starting Jan. 13, 3:30-4:30 p.m.

Youth Basketball Skills Clinic

Saturday, Feb. 21, 9 a.m.-Noon

Ages 8 to 12, $10 per player

This homeschool PE class will feature sports and group games that emphasize teamwork, good sportsmanship, physical activity and fun! Preregistration is not required.

Middle School Homeschool PE

Grades 6-8 (ages 11-14)

Wednesdays starting Jan 14, 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Cost: $2 per child

This homeschool PE class will emphasize organized sports, competition and physical activity, while still including plenty of group games, teamwork and fun! Preregistration is not required

Toddler Takeover

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-11 a.m.

Cost: $2 per child

Ages walking to 5 years

Join us for this guardian-supervised indoor playtime and let your child

explore our bright, colorful, ageappropriate equipment!

Join us for a basketball clinic designed to build confidence, improve fundamentals and inspire young athletes both on and off the court! Players will take part in skillfocused drills, technique training and a short motivational session before finishing with gameplay and open court time. Register here.

Youth Photography Club

Thursdays, March 5-26, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Ages 7 to 13, $10 per child

Come learn and practice all things photography! Kids will be able to practice in class with cameras and learn about fundamentals, editing and working with others Participants will be sent home with weekly challenges to practice their skills. Register here.

Rise and Shine Yoga

Mondays and Fridays, 8:15-9:15 a.m.

Cost: $4 or two punches on a punch card per session.

Total Fitness

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Cost: $4 or two punches on a punch card, per session.

Rise and shine! Start your day off right with a morning yoga class led by registered yoga teacher Mindy Wise or Jenny Trussell! Bring a yoga mat, water and a positive attitude!

Farragut Community Center offers Program Punch Cards for $30 each These cards contain $40 worth of program punches, can be shared among family members and do not expire. Ask our front desk staff about this deal the next time you visit!

Join Rachel Piotrowski, certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer, for a total body fitness class! This class is tailored to individuals of all fitness levels and focuses on functional exercises to improve overall strength and balance. Don’t forget water, a mat and weights or resistance band.

Sunrise Stretch

Wednesdays, 8:15-9:15 a.m.

Cost: Free

Start your day off right with a sunrise yoga session! This 60-minute class is the perfect way to start the day for beginning to advanced yogis with registered yoga teacher Jenny Trussell. Bring a mat and a smile.
