It’s More Than Just Beer

BY KOOPER JANSSEN

Wooden Legs Brewery is your one-stop brew and chew destination, home to over 20 local craft beers and a full menu with unique flatbread pizzas, hoagies and appetizers.

Wooden Legs is a Brookings staple where the beers are hand-crafted on site and the sandwiches are made with locally baked bread. The knowledgeable staff helps you choose the right beer to match your palate.

Along with beer and hoagies, enjoy Tuesday trivia nights, a full collection of board games and comedy nights with local talent. Stop in and see if you can beat your friends while enjoying a crowd favorite, Wild Hare Cream Ale.

On Sundays, Wooden Legs offers special prices inspired by the rise and fall of the stock market. It’s a great time to grab a beer you haven’t tried – but snag it quick because the price might go up!

During football season, Wooden Legs opens at 8 a.m. on home game days with pancakes and the option to wash them down with a pint of “Breakfast of Champions.”

The family-friendly atmosphere of Wooden Legs keeps the community engaged and stomachs happy. “We are just as known for our pizza as we are for our beer,” said Matt Rustman, taproom operations manager.
