CAREERS BUNDLE

Through the Rant & Rave survey, you told us that long term career opportunities were an area where we could make Greene King a better place to work. We want to help everyone to build an exciting career with us and stay in the business rather than feeling you have move on to advance your career.

On 3 July we launched our Careers bundle which includes:

INTERNAL CAREERS WEBSITE - it’s now easier for you to apply for internal roles and there’s the option to register for personalised job alerts. Check it out at mycareer.greeneking.co.uk

REFERRAL POLICY - to encourage and reward successful referrals, we’ve increased payments from £1,000 to £1,500 which will now paid in one lump sum on the first day of employment.

REFERRAL POLICY - These new commitments will support and encourage internal mobility across Greene King. 

Level 5 Operations/Department Manager Apprenticeships - The Management application window for the Level 5 Operations/Department Manager Apprenticeship runs from 3 July and closes on 11 August.
